About Me
I was born and raised in North Vancouver and now call Chilliwack home. My path into fitness didn’t begin early in life — it unfolded through experience, change, and self-discovery.
I started running and practicing yoga in my late 20s, but it wasn’t until I became a mom and later faced a career change that fitness shifted from something I did to something I felt deeply called to share.
As a mother of two young adults, I understand the constant pull between caring for others and finding time for yourself. Like many women, I began in the world of traditional fitness — focusing on workouts, structure, and performance. Over time, both life and movement taught me that real strength goes far beyond physical results. My work naturally evolved to include not just how we move, but how we feel, how we manage stress, and how we stay connected to ourselves through different seasons of life.
Today, my approach blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement with intention and awareness. I believe fitness should support your life. My goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that feels manageable, empowering, and supportive of both physical and mental well-being.
Fitness is a way of life for me — a continual practice of growth, resilience, and self-care. I truly love what I do and feel grateful to guide others towards feeling strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.
